Turn on the Printer. Download the ‘PrintGo’ App, and then connect the Bluetooth through the app. Turn off your Bluetooth and restart the app if you can’t find the printer model.

How to use with computer?

Turn on the printer and connect the printer to the computer via usb cable. Download the driver from the website and turn on the Bluetooth to print. (It doesn’t support Bluetooth with Mac)

How to use with Chromebook?

Install the ‘shipping Printer’ extension to print. You can find the tutorial video on our website.

Is this portable printer compatible with Airprint?

No, it doesn’t work with Airprint.
