For optimal wireless charging, we recommend using Apple’s official magnetic cases. Avoid cases over 2.5 mm thick, non-magnetic, or metal cases, and remove any magnets, cards, or pop grips as they interfere with charging.
Why doesn’t my phone achieve 15W wireless charging power, and why is the charging circle not displayed?
Ensure your iPhone 12 runs iOS 17.4 or later, and iPhone 13 or later has iOS 17.2 for optimal charging and display; this power bank is not Android-compatible. If the USB-C port is charging a device, wireless charging output will be reduced to 5W.
Is this power bank compatible with Android phones?
No, this power bank is not compatible with Android devices. It is designed for devices that support magnetic wireless charging, which is currently available only in the iPhone 12 and later models.
